Personal & Academic Competency Evaluation – Undergraduate Pathway
The PACET™ Undergraduate Test is an academically grounded diagnostic designed to help secondary school and early undergraduate students explore the intersection between personality, learning preferences, and academic direction. It is not an achievement-based test. Rather, it offers a personalized map of fit between the student’s internal traits and the types of study fields and educational environments where they are most likely to succeed.
The assessment is based on the RIASEC framework (Holland’s Theory of Vocational Personality), a globally recognized model that categorizes student profiles across six core domains:
Personality Type | Description |
---|---|
Realistic | Practical, hands-on, technical |
Investigative | Analytical, curious, research-oriented |
Artistic | Creative, expressive, open to new ideas |
Social | Helpful, cooperative, communication-focused |
Enterprising | Ambitious, leadership-driven, persuasive |
Conventional | Detail-oriented, organized, systems-focused |
